The celebration of Life honoring Mrs. Lela Bell Starks Johnson will be held on Saturday, March 9, 2019 at New Testament United Pentecostal Church with Bishop Vernon Brite officiating.
Mrs. Johnson will lie in state on Friday between the hours of 12:00 noon - 8:00 p.m., at Precious Memories Mortuary. Mrs. Johnson will rest in the gardens of Carver Cemetery.
