Annie Bell (Ann) Ford Stromile was born on July 13, 1931 in Plain Dealing, LA to Deacon Wilbur and Curtis (Hinton) Ford. She was the third child of fifteen children. Both parents and thirteen siblings preceded her in death.

Ann accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Israelite Missionary Baptist Church where she remained a faithful member until her health failed. She attended worship service and Sunday school faithfully every Sunday. She was President of the Mission Department for over 25 years. She also served as the Chairperson of the pastor's Aide Committee for numerous years. Ann sang in the choir singing praises to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was a member of the "Fellowship Community Mission" for over 25 years where they met monthly, had prayer meeting, bible study and a potluck dinner. Ann loved working in the church and serving the Lord. Ann loved people and she lived her life to the fullest.

John 14:1-4 Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me. My Father's house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there to prepare a place for you? And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. You know the way to the place where I am going."
